Connections
If someone winks or emails you, they’ll appear as a new connection.

- Q. What is a "connection"? How does someone become my "connection"?

Your Connections page provides a single view of all Match.com members you’ve received contact from, sent communications to, or simply added to your favorites list. If someone emails or winks at you, they’ll appear as a new connection. If you email or wink at someone, you can keep track of his/her response from Connections. And if you add them to your favorites list, they’re a connection, too.

- Q. How can I see my Connections page?

You must be a subscriber to see your Connections page. Once you’ve subscribed, Connections will become your new My Match page, so at any time, you can click on the "My Match" link to navigate back to your Connections page. Not a subscriber yet? Subscribe today!

Click on the connection and a detail view appears. You can see everything from their activity level to their complete profile.

We’ve provided "show" and "sort" options to let you control who you want to see by method of communication, time of contact and more.

- Q. Can I still see my emails separately?

Yes, you can still use the "Email" link at the top of the page to see all the emails you’ve sent and received in the last 30 days.

- Q. How do I remove someone as a "connection"?

To remove a connection, you have two options: Either click on the gray x next to the connection’s photo on the summary page or, after reviewing the user’s detail, click on the remove him/her link in the upper right corner.

- Q. If I have "Removed" a person from my Connections page, how can I add them back?

You can add the person back to your Connections page by communicating (wink or email) with them or by adding them to your favorites list.

- Q. What is the difference between "Not Interested?" and "Remove"?

"Remove" actually pulls the person from your Connections page (including your favorites list), but does not communicate back to the sender that you are not interested. "Not Interested" sends a "no, thanks" response to a wink or email you have received, but does not remove him/her from your Connections page.

- Q. Under "sort", what does "most active" mean?

Simply put, these members that show up under "most active" sign in and communicate with other members more often than your other connections.
