Once you’ve found someone you’re interested in, click on Email him/her. If you are not yet a Match.com subscriber, you can choose from several subscriptions terms, depending on the length of time you want to subscribe to the Match.com Service. Once subscribed, you can email that special someone and email others that you think make a good match for you. Your Connections page helps you keep track of who you’ve sent an email to, who’s responded, and who’s waiting to hear back from you.
By only allowing email communication between subscribers, we are able to create a more secure environment with like-minded people looking for relationships. Subscribe today to find who you’re looking for.

Subscribers can access emails by clicking the "Email" link. From that page, you will be able to access the email and profile of the person who sent you the email. To create a more secure environment and to try to ensure that those you’re communicating with are as serious in their search as you are, we require both those sending emails and the recipients of those emails to be subscribed to Match.com.

Yes! Simply go to MyMatch.com Philippines and you’ll see how many double-blind emails you’ve sent and received within the last 30 days. Also, watch for the alert in the top right hand corner of each page. You’ll be notified when you have new mail and can simply click on this and be taken directly to your new email.

We can only display the last 30 days’ worth of emails you’ve sent, received, and deleted through Match.com Philippines at any time. However, emails older than 30 days may still be accessible through your regular email account and/or service provider.

Your Match.com Philippines double-blind emails fall into different categories: those you’ve received, sent, or deleted. When you open a new, unread email, you’ll be able to reply to it, or delete it. Your replies appear in the Sent folder. If you delete an email and want to restore it, in the trash folder check the box next to that particular email and press the red Restore button.

To view an attachment(s), click on it. You’ll be taken to a page that tells you we’ve scanned it for viruses. If you have multiple attachments, you’ll be able to download each one individually. If you cannot see the email with the attachment in your Inbox, try changing your Inbox settings, then forward a copy of the email to yourself.

All emails are retained for a maximum of 30 days on Match.com Philippines. Restoring emails from the trash folder will not stop them from being automatically deleted after 30 days. However, copies of your emails are sent to your personal inbox, where they can be accessed at any time. Also, you can print your emails as you view them to save a copy.

No. To preserve the anonymity of our members, we don’t allow you to forward your onsite emails to anyone other than the personal email address with which you registered.

Emails flagged yellow are scheduled for automatic deletion within seven days. Red emails will be deleted within the next 48 hours. Moving these emails to a different folder will not stop them from being removed permanently from your Match.com Philippines Inbox. You may retain a copy of these emails in your personal email inbox through your service provider instead.

You might not be getting all your Match.com Philippines email because your service provider has certain filters or "spam"-blocking software installed or due to technical errors. Delivery delays are also common. To make sure you never miss another important Match.com Philippines email, change your Inbox settings now.

Sure. When viewing a message, just click Forward to send a copy of a received email to yourself at your personal inbox. You’ll receive a confirmation that shows you the email address where the email was sent; if that email address is incorrect, you may update it by clicking Account Settings in the top menu bar and then selecting Sign Up Info in the navigational menu.
When sending an email, if you want a copy sent to your personal inbox, check the box that says "Send me a copy of this email to <your email address>" at the bottom of the email form.

Click on Account Settings and click on Blocking. Click on your list of blocked profiles and select the member you want to unblock. Click the red Unblock button.
